Wedding sites in Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky has some beautiful places for weddings. Very small groups may enjoy hiking to a special spot. Larger groups will enjoy the following places.

The Park requires a permit and collects a fee. Be sure to read the regulations and apply for the permit in their downloadable information / application sheet.

Upper Beaver Meadows Mid-way Picnic Area: 5 picnic tables with vews of the Continental Divide and open meadow, 5 fire pits/grills. vault toilet, As a wedding site it accommodates up to 35 people. In the winter it's gated for walk-in access only.... [more]

Hermit Park: This newly acquired Larimer County Open Space is 1,362 acres surrounded by Roosevelt National Forest. It's 2 miles southeast of the town of Estes Park on U.S. Highway 36. Lily Lake Group Picnic Area Picnic Area: 12 picnic tables, 0 fire pits/grills. Wedding ceremonies for up to 100 people are held on a knoll overlooking the lake. Handicap accessible, Restroom 1/4 mi. away at trailhead. No entrance fee. $50 fee for gate/vehicle access to wedding site.
Endovalley Picnic Area: 32 picnic tables, 30 fire pits/grills. 2 vault toilets. The meadow over the footbridge is a good wedding site for up to 60 people.
Alluvial Fan: Large boulders prove the force of water in this area at the lower end of Old Fall River Road. The steep paved trail approaches from both east and west sides.
